Leaders Network (Rede de Líderes – RL), from Lemann Foundation, brings together more than 700 people who work in different fields and share their commitment to social transformation.

In 2024, we have strengthened connections, promoted discussions and
expanded the effect of the Network. The Program called Global Leadership (Liderança Global) has broadened international training opportunities, especially for leaders who have not had access to experiences in institutions that promote global connection. Another standout was the RL Caravans, held in different cities, which promoted exchanges among members of the community.

International expansion has also made it possible to set up discussion groups for leaders living in Europe and the United States.
