Created to meet the demand for leaders committed to social impact, it has established itself as a qualified gateway for young people who want to work in the public administration.
A 12-month program, it combines practical experience in partner government bodies with a training course on topics such as Public Administration, Budgeting and Diversity. Participants can count on immersions, mentoring and support from the Motriz network, made up of former trainees.
