Columbia Women’s Leadership Network (CWLN)
CWLN is an international program dedicated to training female leaders, with classes taught by professors from Columbia University and experts from Brazil. The initiative, supported by the Lemann Foundation, brings together women from different areas to exchange experiences, strengthen their networks and develop strategic skills, increasing women’s presence in decision-making and impact areas.
In 2024, the program reached its highest number of applications, when 410 applied for the selection process. 30 participants were selected to make up the first racially equal class in the CWLN’s history, whose members work in areas such as Culture, Human Rights, Environment and Energy, among others.
